Shipping Policy​

All "Haus Made Products" have a $9.95 shipping charge added at checkout. Other items may vary depending on weight and distance. At the time your package is mailed off you will receive an email with a tracking number to the email that was used to place the order. You should receive your item(s) within 5-7 business days after the order is placed.  Please note weekends and holidays may affect shipping time.

FREE In-Store Pickup is Available

Select "In Store Pickup" at checkout to pick up your order at our Gruene Store- and skip the shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy​

We do not accept returns. We value all of our customers and want to make things right. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you in store credit for an exchange.
